The Studio One Pro DAW has a chord chart that is very nice to use and it seems like Presonus is taking the development seriously.

I imagine it would be asking too much for Band in a Box to export the chords directly to Studio One, but there is an easy workaround.

If PG could give us a style with a MIDI piano playing the chords in root position and with no syncopation, Studio One could read the MIDI info with almost bullet proof accuracy and pickup the chord chart.

Right now Studio One is capable of reading MIDI or audio tracks to figure out the chords, but it can make mistakes in timing or chords if it attempts to read a syncopated or distorted or heavily inverted audio track.

I suspect it would not be a big project for PG to make a ham fisted MIDI style that clearly spells out the chords.

Perhaps this style already exists and I have not noticed it.

Thanks!
