Con el historial de resultados en las pruebas más la información que nos has suministrado, pasamos entonces al análisis del problema con nuestro equipo de soporte. Dado que no tenemos reportes de un caso con las mismas características o similares que no haya sido solucionado, la tesis de problemas inherentes a la actualización que realizaste cobra mas fuerza. Ya lo averiguaremos.

Carlos, este fin de semana he estado haciendo pruebas.
He instalado Megapak2014 y se carga, lo que ocurre es que dice que sólo se puede ejecutar en una computadora.
Intento activarlo y la opción que da es Liberar y luego Restaurar una instalación que ha sido liberada previamente, o bien Resetear todo para poder activar con un código nuevo que tendrías que proporcionarme.
Esta versión 2014 no la activé por internet, la activé manualmente. Me enviaron unos códigos de activación para hacerlo.
Creo que podríamos Resetar todo (2014 es la versión que tengo instalada), conseguir un código de validación y después intentar instalar las demás versiones sobre esta.
Como te digo la única versión que ha pasado del logo y se ha cargado ha sido la de 2014.
Las he probado todas desde 2016 hasta 2019.
Qué opinas.

Band-in-a-Box permite hasta tres activaciones en tres diferentes computadores, también se permite desactivar y mover las activaciones a otras PCs.
Sin embargo creo que no fué sino hasta el 2015 que se implementó dicha prerrogativa y se actualizó la información para el usuario.
Voy a dirigir el caso a soporte y te estaremos informando, estoy seguro que no habrá problema. Así podrás intentar la actualización sucesiva como prueba y veremos. Por favor chequea tu email.

Carlos, al instalar BB2016 sigue con el mismo problema. He probado también con BB2017. Mismo resultado.
El único que corre es BB2014.
He instalado BB2017 en un portátil con Windows10 y funciona perfectamente.
Pudiera ser que el problema esté en la versión de windows10.
La versión que tengo en el PC de sobremesa es la 1809 de 15/11/18.
La versión del portátil es la 1803 de 29/07/18.
-Esta versión, 1809, ha sido muy conflictiva a nivel global. Ha habido usuarios que han perdido információn al actualizar. Entre los que me encuentro yo. A pesar de que dicen que han subsanado errores, a mí me ha desaparecido una partición y he tenido problemas de reconocimento de un disco que Windows7, sí lo reconocía.
"Microsoft informa de que la Windows 10 October 2018 Update ya está disponible para que todos los usuarios que lo deseen la descarguen de manera manual.
La actualización de Windows 10 del pasado mes de octubre ha resultado ser la más problemática desde que los de Redmond anunciaron que el sistema operativo pasaba a ser un software como servicio con dos actualizaciones anuales. Ahora, después de hacer frente a infinidad de problemas, el gigante norteamericano ha actualizado en la página de soporte el estado actual de Windows 10 1809 para indicar que ya está totalmente disponible para que los usuarios avanzados lleven a cabo la instalación manual.
Los problemas de la actualización de Windows 10 comenzaron a los pocos días de llegar, cuando los problemas derivados de la desaparición de archivos guardados obligaron a la corporación a detener la actualización."

Sería interesante averiguar que número de versión de Windows tienen los usuarios de BIAB que están teniendo problemas, por si acaso.

Tal y como pensaba, el problema se ha resuelto al instalar la nueva versión de Windows 10 nº 1903.
Tanto BIAB2018 como BIAB2019, funcionan correctamente.
