I want to wish everybody on the forum and at PG Music a very Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and a wonderful new decade!  Happy Christmas from Vienna - the above is the City Hall, the nearest landmark to my flat (about half a mile away). I have struggled through untold difficulties this year, particularly emotionally (major heartbreak), but John Whitney has always been there to support and encourage me, even through my darkest hours. Thank you, John. His last email quoted ' no man is a failure who has friends'. Well, it seems I have many wonderful friends, here and on FaceBook. Then a girlfriend (no connection to John and not knowing what John has written to me) happens to post a clip from YouTube... Final scenes from 'Its A Wonderful Life' All I hope is that somehow, in some small way, I have been able to help somebody via this forum God bless you all - and YES, I want to live again It's great to have friends. The friends I have on the PG forum are among the most precious of all Merry Christmas!

We had the great midwest snow storm blow through Oklahoma yesterday, and I woke up this morning to about 6 inches of snow - the proverbial White Christmas! The wife and kids aren't up yet, so the gift opening frenzy hasn't begun. It's times like this moment that make life worthwhile.
I'd like to thank you and Mac and Swanman (among others) for your help in selecting a USB audio interface. I'd like to wish you and all on the forum the happiest of holidays and the best for 2010.
Keep making music. Our world is a better place for it.
