I am the proud owner of a BiB 2019 with Ultrapak. First experience for life with this wonderful product..I wonder why he often shows me the term N / A in stylePicker ... Does it mean that the patch is no available? as an example here: I create a melody with a determined style, I print the score pdf sheet of the guitar solo ... on the pdf sheet I notice that the sound of the guitarist belongs to RealTrack 1925 and when I will see in the information in StylePicker I see N / A 1925 ... does that mean that the patch 1925 remains unavailable ??? I'm a little confused in all this ... Is there anyone who can help me understand the relationships between Style Picker, RealTrack Picker, Melodist, Soloist...Can I find this complet information on
Also: I want to know how can I find to sort this style again in easy way into Stylepicker criteria search..I search with 1925 and no appens..is it just with onle name of style can I'm able find good result...
Click on the RealTrack button so the RealTrack picker opens then click the Rebuild button, in the filter box at the bottom type 1925 > Update Do the same with RealDrums. If the RealTracks or RealDrums are not available it will have NA in the line. There is also a check box at the bottom "Show RealTracks that are N/A"
Hello Pipeline, thank you for sharing your expertise, it's appreciated ... What I do not understand is why there are real track or styles are not available when I bought the ultra pak? When I search 925 I look 6 item in the list... but I don't see the 1925 info clearly registered in the page on the realtracks..can you help me to understand the relationship between the number '' 1925 '' and the style or maybe real track or melody is not easy for me as any new user ...How can put image on this post ? Thank's a lot
Does the rebuild show 'no xt2 or st2 files missing' or something like 'nothing to do' (these should have the same names as the RTs BTW)? they belong in the soloists folder, otherwise the RTs wont be recognized.
The reason the Style might not show is because you may have a filter active. In the StylePicker, press the Clear button first, then enter the word '_DOLEFUL' in the filter string.
_Doleful comes with RealTracks set 323
I think you should have that with your Ultrapak.
As Pipeline mentions, Press the Rebuild button in the Style Picker first.
RealStyles are simply a collection of RealTracks and RealDrums that have been tested and work together harmoniously as a 'band' playing a specific Style.
For searching for the RealTracks, go to the RealTrack picker, place a tick in the bottom left hand corner checkbox 'Show RealTracks that are Not Available' and then sort by the N/A column by clicking on the column heading. See if those required RealTracks show up in the list. If so, maybe you need to reinstall the RealTracks.

Hello sir expert user, it's really nice to take a little of your time to improve my basic understanding of the functioning of BiB 2019 ... If I understand correctly, when I meet a N / A it means that RealTrack or RealDrum are not harmonized to work together ... also another question is at the level of REbuild ,,, do I have to rebuild before every search in realTracks ..? what is the function exactly for the action of Rebuild ,,, thank you very much
If I understand correctly, when I meet a N / A it means that RealTrack or RealDrum are not harmonized to work together ...
Not quite correct. It means that certain RealTracks required to make up the style have not been found. They are Not / Available.

No, you should only need to rebuild once. This is generally after new RealTracks or RealStyles have been installed, or the program has been updated. The function of rebuild is so that the program can 'learn' what is available for it to use.
If a Style shows that RealTracks are N/A this means that the RealTracks (the musicians e.g. bass, guitar etc) required for the Style (the required band members to make up the band) are not available.
Think of it like this: RealTracks = each of the Musicians that are going to play in your band, RealStyle = a group of all the required musicians needed to make up the band.
Hope this helps.

thank you so much you're very good at communicating ... it's now much more understandable for me ... From this understanding, I do not understand why StylePicker offers me a style that the Band in Box does not have a musician (RealTrack ) to do the job ... it's a nebulous approach
Also If you look my original post...the info say 1925 is not available N/A But this track is realy available and I am able to hear the soloist and also I have to export the solo in pdf format and I see the 1925 on the first line ... So why the '' BiB '' tells me that the 1925 is not available while I am able to use it?
there are many styles that are not Realtracks some are just midi and some are a combination of both. Realtrack just came into play a few years back prior to that this was a midi program
HP Win 11 12 gig ram, Mac mini Sonoma with 16 gig of ram, BiaB/RB 2026, Reaper 7, Harrison Mixbus 11 , Presonus Audiobox USB96
So ... is there some way to purchase *ALL* the RealTracks that are available (instead of the individual collections)? It seems that every style whose demo I like -- there's one or all RT's missing.
Forgot to mention: Just upgraded to BIAB 2019. I've owned BIAB since its inception, but I have just recently been enjoying the sound of styles based on RealTracks. I'm not a power-user nor am I an accomplished musician. I'm using BIAB now to make backing tracks for me and family members when we play together. Also, I just re-introduced myself to my bass guitar after a hiatus of many years and use BIAB to create blues progressions to practice with. All in all, the product has become awesome although some annoyances still exist after all these years. Still having trouble entering a song with 3 endings and an intro. Maybe the 64-bit version has issues. It does lock up at times.
