I was responding to the comments about a lot of songs today being a formula and just wanted to state that it's easy to judge and voice our personal preferences, however those artists are trying to make a living with their music and the industry is competing in the market of selling songs to those who buy or listen on the radio. I think when we look at it from a business perspective and not a personal one it makes perfect sense. I did clarify my comment a little more above.
