The first thing I'd try is "Return to factory settings".
This is found under the OPTIONS menu. I'd choose the "MOST" choice. It's been my experience that when BIAB does things it doesn't normally do, returning to the factory settings often fixes the problem.
If that doesn't help...
Enter into "Lead Sheet Mode" and adjust the following :-
1. Select and set "Print Options" as shown on the upper image.
2. Select and set "Lead Sheet Options" as shown on the middle image. I suspect that the problem might be caused by the 'number of staves per page'. If this is too high, everything gets shrunk to fit on the page.
3. While in Lead Sheet Options, click on "Notation Options" (#3 on the middle image) and set the values I've highlighted with a red rectangle as shown.
