Solved. The problem is that in trying to figure this out, I ran the jBridge executable and told it I was using a 32 bit host. It then converted my .DLL's to another form (?) and added either 32 or 64 to the .DLL extension...such as Sampletank3.64.dll

As a result, when I then told BIAB to add these, I was getting the error message that these were not valid VSTi's.

Once I went back and found the "original" VSTi's and not the converted (?) ones, all is well.

Lesson learned: Do not run the jBridge executable program, just let it do its thing in the background.
