Good point John. My issue started with me wanting to run Paul Warren's MidiRedirector. Remember that software developed by one of our forum members that let's you run multiple hard synths or VST's in BIAB at the same time? I use this a lot and wanted to use it in the 64 bit program. Since its a 32 bit app, I got a hold of Paul and asked if he was able to port it over to 64 bit. Long story short, he's tied up with many projects and doesn't have the time nor the capabilities to port it over to 64 bit.

Nonetheless, I was able to execute jBridge to get it to work in the 64 bit BIAB and can now again run multiple hard synths at the same time in BIAB. Whether jBridge can do this alone without execution I don't know.

When you do execute it it looks for and converts all .dll's to 64 bit compatible forms. And there lies the problem, even though I accomplished the goal of getting MidiRedirector to work in the 64 bit program, it also messed up my other .dll's until I was able to find which .dll's were the original .dll's and reset them in BIAB and my DAW's.

All good now and I'm running multiple hard synths and VSTi's on the melody, strings and solo tracks in the 64 bit BIAB all at the same time.

By the way, although Paul's website is still available through search and on Wiki and Fandom, the download of the software is no longer available. I've contacted Paul about this but have not heard back. But, I do have the original download if anyone is interested.
