The "Volume Changes (Louder per bar)" option will progressively increase the volume by the desired amount over each bar.
Try this: At a specific bar, set the louder per bar value at 50. Play the song. Once that bar is reached, the volume progressively increases, not just for the current bar but for subsequent bars.
Works the same for Softer per bar. Place a setting of back to normal at the point you wish to stop adjustments from occurring.
