I am still not sure at what type of restaurant you will be performing. I see you hail from the Southwest that could open another song book or two depending on the type of the restaurant (white, checkered or no table cloth) and the food served. Hey before the night is over you may be playing some Bob Wills partner. And if you are in Texas I would have every song ever written about Texas in my book somewhere.

Without knowing I would be sure to have a lot of lite jazz (I see you mentioned already) but would also include pop standards i.e. the likes of Dean, Frank, Tony and Nat just to be sure. But the latin suggentions offered above are right on as I will assume it will be a high end white table cloth establishment.
