Toaster, welcome to the program and to the forum!
Right click on the Band-in-a-Box desktop icon.
Select "Properties".
Select the "Compatibility" tab.
Enable "Run the program as an administrator".
Select the "Shortcut" tab
Click the "Advanced" button
Enable "Run as administrator"
These steps give the program permission to read and write data to the hard drive.
