Skip, one thing that you need to do if you want to keep software like this running is to know the answers to the above questions from Jeff. Knowing about your setup I.e. synths, system updates, program updates are vital information. Especially if you want support. I know that, but couldn't get to the info because I couldn't get into the program Build is 348 - old, I know Synth is MS GS Wavetable
