Riffstation has been around for years but only recently has been sold for free. It was introduced to me by Jennifer Batten who may be best known for touring with Micheal Jackson and Geoff Beck for years. An early female shredder.

It hearkens back to the day when we would ware-out the phonograph needle or the cassette tape by playing tune in slow speed and over and over again to learn a riff.

Dispite its early accolades, I don't believe it kept up with the times and as a result may not have the wow factor it once did. It has limited "workflow" options. Give it a try - its free, you may find something of value.
