From Australia I sometimes “lost the server” from PG in general. Usually not enough to be bothered by. This has only been happening for a few months. I initially put it down to the PG site being busier because of downloads etc.
However, when I came over to Thailand it seems really bad constantly losing connection to PG not just the forums. If I attempt to log in for example it might take 4 or more attempts. Similar if I go to post something it seems really poor.
Going to all other sites seems fine, eg the weather in Australia (bom.gov.au) the Aussie stock exchange (asx.com.au) or Izotope, pluginboutique or YouTube, Soundcloud are all fine (some may actually be proxied locally but not all).
I included the Aussie sites so you can try from your direction out.
