HOla.
Uso BIAB en directo y necesito poder memorizar los mutes de pistas en cada cancion.
No he encontrado la forma de hacerlo.
¿podeis ayudarme?
Y tambien: ¿como BORRAR pistas que no uso dentro del estilo? El comando BORRAR que aparece en TRACK ACTIONS no me funciona.

Hola Montxo Las pistas se pueden silenciar (MUTE) pero está condición no queda memorizada al guardar la canción. Esta característica ya ha sido solicitada en la lista de deseos de los usuarios de Band-in-a-Box, espero sea implementada en futuras versiones. Sin embargo existen maneras en mi opinión mas efectivas, para "mutear" (silenciar) instrumentos, uno o varios al mismo tiempo. En la ventana de Edicion de Configuración de Compás, a la cual se accede directamente con "F5", se pueden encontrar múltiples opciones no solo para silenciar sino para cambiar instrumentos, estilos, RealTracks, RealDrums, Tempo, tipo de compás, notación y mucho mas, los cuales pueden aplicarse a una o varias estrofas, y desde cualquier compás hasta otro que queramos. De esta forma podremos dinamizar nuestras canciones de modo automático y sin tener que recurrir a clics o menús mientras la canción esta reproduciéndose, ya que son completamente automáticos. El manual da muchos mas detalles acerca de esta extraordinaria función. NOTA: esta función se guarda perfectamente al salvar la canción.  Finalmente, para quienes prefieren simplificar procesos, hay un simple truco aprovechando las características del Mezclador de Audio. Consiste en simplemente bajar el volumen de la pista que queremos silenciar, lo cual si será memorizado al guardar la canción. Esto por supuesto implica llevar de nuevo el nivel de volumen al punto deseado en caso de requerirse. En algunos casos podría resultar práctico para algunos usuarios Y tambien: ¿como BORRAR pistas que no uso dentro del estilo? El comando BORRAR que aparece en TRACK ACTIONS no me funciona. En cuanto a borrar las pistas. ello equivale a reiniciarlas, ya que ellas no van a desaparecer o "borrarse", solo quedaran en su estado por defecto. Si el comando de borrar pista no trabajase como en tu caso, prueba esta opcion: - Busca SELECCIONAR REAL TRACKS en el mismo menú de pista del instrumento y escoge: Choose No Real Tracks for this track. (NO Seleccionar RealTRacks para esta pista). Aparecerá una pregunta acerca de incluir el estilo de la pista en la eliminación, responder SI. Esto ha funcionado en la mayoría de los casos. NOTA: este detalle en el borrado de la pista ya ha sido reportado, estamos a la espera de la corrección del mismo, lo cual será oportunamente anunciado en próximas compilaciones (Build) Esperamos haber aportado soluciones a tu problema, en cualquier caso, agradeceríamos altamente que nos lo notificaras por aquí mismo. Hola Carlos.
Gracias por las respuestas pero sigo con varios problemas. Estoy viendo que BIAB responde de distintas formas cada vez. Sin cambiar configuraciones responde de una manera distinta cada vez:
Por ejemplo, a veces suena el COUNTDOWN, otras no, a veces muteo el canal DRUMS y suena el COUNTDOWN , otras no suena.
1 - Por ejemplo, acabo de hacer lo que dices de "Choose No Real Tracks for this track" y ahora suena un sonido de BAJO que tengo en KONTAKT para otros temas (con las notas MIDI del ritmo.
¿Como puedo ahora quitar ese sonido de bajo para este tema?
2 - Normalmente en muchos temas quiero tocar solo con el bajo de BIAB pero necesito el COUNTDOWN y que suene el bajo para tocar encima piano. ¿Como puedo hacer esto de una forma FIABLE? es decir, poder seleccionar STYLES pero que unicamente suene el BAJO y el COUNTDWON, por ejemplo?
3 - He intentado LIMPIAR un estilo y dejar solo el bajo que tiene pero no lo he conseguido. ¿Puedes por favor decirme una forma para EDITAR un ESTILO eliminando los intrumentos que me interese eliminar?
Esto creo que seria una buena forma de crearme mis estilos ( editados de los originales) y dejar SOLO el bajo, por ejemplo.
4 - tambien he probado ha dejar DISABLED el canal de DRUMS pero creo que seria mejor dejar el STYLE SOLO CON EL INTRUMENTO QUE ME INTERESE

Hola Montxo,
Antes de responder las preguntas, por favor informarme de los siguientes datos:
1. Que versión de Band-in-a-Box y compilación (Build o actualizacion) estas usando.
2. Sistema operativo.
3. En que canal de instrumento de Band-in-a-Box tienes asignado el bajo del Kontakt? ¿En el mismo al cual le intentas eliminar el RealTrack? ¿o en otro canal diferente?
¿o el kontakt esta asignado como sintetizador global?
Te adelanto que debido a que algunos estilos de RealTracks, sobre todo los de última generación, parecen tener dificultades para eliminar o inicializar sus instrumentos, algunos usuarios, incluyéndome, hemos optado por anotar el numero o set de los estilos de los instrumentos RealTrack que queremos preservar, luego se carga un estilo MIDI básico con pocos instrumentos y sin RealTracks, como pop, rock, jazz swing,etc. inicializamos la cancion con NEW Y luego se sustituye, por ejemplo en tu caso, el bajo con el RealTrack anotado. Es mucho mas facil que enfrentarse a ciertas inconsistencias que se han venido reportando en algunos casos.
Con mucho gusto te daré mas detalles y responderemos las otras preguntas en cuanto me suministres la información que te he solicitado.
