Thanks for the good words.
I opted for the fiver so I could have that low D after first tracking with the J-Bass. I think the extended range worked well for this tune.
I'm still using Logic 9 because going to 10 requires upgrading the OS and THAT basically upsets every app in the studio. That free OS upgrade would cost me about $600 because of all the other upgrades I would have to buy.
