I contacted Support (Mike) today --- quickly resolved this issue!

I had to delete 2 files in the C:\Users\Public\Ticket folder

bb2019_full.Ticket and
bb2019_trial.Ticket

Then start the program, asks you to activate it, and success. (Those same 2 files are then again present in the folder)
Numerous calls about this issue, they're not sure why any thing changed, but there's the fix.

As far as my ACW problem in 64-bit, Mike helped me use it "correctly" now with the "new" Audio Chord Wizard, which works fine.
