If you can, copy your "good" BB folder (along with the RT and RD folders, if not already located within the main BB folder) to the second PC. Do the same with RealBand if you want that as well. Then run the 2019 PlusPak installer and specify the appropriate folder locations (don't just accept the defaults if you copied to a different folder location) to make sure everything is registered properly. It's okay that the 2019 files are already there from the previous copy. Then install the latest BIAB patch update and the latest RealTracks patch (which you can download from the PGMusic support website, if you had not previously downloaded them).

Then run BIAB (I recommend "as administrator") and update any MIDI/Audio settings it asks for and make sure that your RT and RD settings are pointed to the correct folder. You should also be prompted to enter your registration number on the second computer (you are allowed three installations). Once there, you should be good to go and it will go pretty fast (the copy from old computer to new will probably what takes the longest, but it is a lot faster than iteratively installing multiple ProPaks on top of previous installations).
