Hi all!

The most recent Windows Update did cause a disruption where Band-in-a-Box would prompt the user to re-activate their license. The error displayed as "this program can only be used on one computer" - confusing, I know wink

Band-in-a-Box 2019 users who are still getting the message can repair their license by running the small .exe HERE

Users with a 2018 or older version of Band-in-a-Box getting this error should close Band-in-a-Box and then delete the two ticket files found here C:\Users\Public\Ticket folder

bb201X_full.Ticket and bb201X_trial.Ticket

Once done, launch Band-in-a-Box again and you should be back up and running! If you are still unable to get activated - please email us at sales@pgmusic.com and we'll do some further troubleshooting.
