Something does seem to have gone wrong here, ok 40 Euro if you had got the physical hard drive as well, I can understand that.
But you really want to make sure rather than just fobbing it off and not paying that they can't take any civil or court action against you, that would involve you having to pay a lot more than that, worthwhile finding out I think, I would anyways.
