I'll keep an eye out for your answers to Noel96's questions as I would have asked them myself as discovery questions, but can you also let us know what version year you are using for Band-in-a-Box? We have some really great resources online via our FAQ for technical assistance, and knowing what version you're using can help us narrow down how to help or direct you.

You'll want to look under the Windows section and click on the link that states your version year, or let us know which version you're using and further elaborate on the issue you're having. That way we can try and link you to a more specific section of the FAQ.
