I searched my whole computer and there doesn't appear to be anything called btw.exe anywhere. I wonder could you clarify. When you entered the message in the original post: Access Violation at address 00AF1DEB in module 'btw.exe'. Read Address of 00000958. did you type that in manually, or copy/paste it from an on screen message?
