Hi Claudia,

It can be done.

On the uppermost menu, there is an option called "Melody" (it's between Play and Soloist)... select this and then click on,

1. "Edit Melody Track | Transpose | Transpose 1 octave down"

If this gives a mix of treble and bass clef notes then,

2. Enter "Notation Mode" (#1 on image below)

3. Select "OPT" (#2)

4. Set the Clef Split to C5 (#3) -- this tells BIAB to change the location of where treble clef notes become bass clef notes.


Because the melody's pitch has been transposed, it will sound an octave lower when played by BIAB. If this is a problem, let me know.
