I disagree. They should focus their limited resources on what they excel at like RealTracks! Being a me-too player with an inferior DAW in a field that is already crowded with excellent products is a losing proposition. RealBand will never be as functional, responsive, modern, etc. as products like Reaper that are being constantly upgraded as we speak. Reaper added 64 bit support 11 years ago!

My advice would be to freeze RB as a legacy product and add multiriff support to BIAB. Then focus on updating BIAB in future versions and continue to develop the plugin in parallel. Maybe even take a bold step like licensing Reaper or another DAW to be delivered with BIAB if they feel they need to deliver a DAW.
