The Chord Sheet number of bars per row can only be adjusted for the entire song.
If you go into Options | Preferences | Display you'll see the option to increase or decrease the "Number of Columns".
You could use part markers to drop down bars into the next row if you wanted. To insert a part marker - you just click on the measure number in question.
For example, if you had 6 columns in your Chord Sheet - you could put a part marker on bar 7 to indicate your intro was over and again on bar 11, 15, etc to drop your bars down to the next line.
