Hello, I have an issue trying to login to my main account that has the display name “Islansoul”. I don’t remember my username or email address I used for it and the website won’t recognize the username by the display name that shows up every time I make a post. I really wish there was a way to have the webesite to send me and email to help me figure out what my username is and give me a temporary password.
If you are having trouble logging into a forum account, step one is to click the "Forgot Password" option and enter your login name or email (if you know it).
If you aren't sure what email you used, try the various emails you've had over the years. If you get a "password reset" email sent to one of those accounts - you'll be able to log back in using that new password.
If you no longer have access to an old email account and don't remember your log in information, you'd need to email our Customer Service department at sales@pgmusic.com with your contact information so we can have our forum moderator search for you in our database.
