Thanks, Noel. Well, that makes sense. OK, I'm on my laptop right now, which is still running 2017 and the styles I got with it. I just set the "Other" selection to "N/A only." On my laptop, two styles appeared, and yes, sure enough, I can select them but they won't play. So I guess that's the problem.
But this raises another question. Why is the Stylepicker showing styles that aren't available? And I guess when I purchase an "Everything Pack" it really isn't everything, is it?
