It's a song to which I wrote the lyric in 2005 but never put music to it. It has noise now. As most of you know, I played lead guitar in several country bands for about 50 years. But ... I do not have a voice for country music. That probably applies to a lot of other genres, too. But this is my best effort at a country song that might have been contemporary in the 1980s and 1990s. Sorry I've not been around to listen very much but Di is having more serious health issues. Will visit and listen as I can. Open to constructive suggestions ... other than "Get another singer!" I already know that!!! Also, is the vocal too hot? Sometimes I think so ... and then I'm not so sure.
