OK got it...

1. Yes the accent is noticeable.

2. Not really. The vocals are kind of low in the mix. I catch a word here and there but not enough to make sense of it.

If you don't use PG ( BiaB & RB ) you should post in the songwriting area for feedback on your songs in the future. No harm and no foul on this song, as you did not know.
