I find this not to be the case. Some of the changes seem to just be undetectable with this method. Every single bar in my song has the red for other teasons but I stll cannot find style changes.


That may be true. The red line signifies any modification made to a bar. That means something else occurred on your bars or else there's some type of corruption to that particular file. If you have every bar underlined on every BIAB file for no known reason, that is a problem that you would likely have to involve PGMusic staff to help unravel. You indicate you know the reason for the underlines. In my songs, I often find that songs that have been processed through the Audio Chord Wizard will cause the bars to be underlined due to the changing tempo detected by the ACW.
