Sorry to be dense, but I figured out how to get into "notation mode". There I'm stuck. The strings are on the "Strings" track, not the Melody or Soloist track. I use the "freeze" option on the strings track, I click on the "S" for strings, I can see the whole notes for the strings, (split across the bass & treble clefs). I can highlight all the bars in the second section, but there I'm lost. I don't see any place to raise the notes an octave. Am I in the right area of the program? Is there a way to do the whole section, string-part only, without affecting the rest of the song?
