No. Band-in-a-Box can record the MIDI input from an external keyboard or it can output MIDI to play the keyboard sound module but it takes time to process the data and convert to audio. That time is called latency.

At the same time your keyboard can not accept two inputs like its built-in keyboard and BiaB. In a MIDI system one device ALWAYS has to be the master device and all other devices in the system slave to the master device.

The next issue is MIDI doesn't understand "chords". The MIDI specifications are note based so chords can not be transmitted or received. MIDI 2 specifications were released for test purposes in January, 2019 but the specifications do not include chords. Band-in-a-Box and your keyboard has the programming to translate three or more notes into chords.
