Hallo beste forumleden,
Mijn vraag is wie BiaB 2019 al heeft geinstalleerd als upgrade?
Ik heb het in ieder geval gedaan en heb enkele lastige problemen: BiaB geeft aan dat JBridge niet is geinstalleerd, terwijl dit wel zo is (al jaren en met de laatste upgrades). Geeft problemen met VST's.
Maar lastigste is dat ik niks kan opnemen, mijn Asio audiointerface van Steinberg (UR28M) ziet het programma wel, zoals ook in de vorige versies, maar dan geeft ie aan dat sdeze niet is aangesloten en geluid dus uit staat.
Heb Focusrite die het systeem wel ziet, ook mee laat afspelen, maar er wordt niks opgenomen.
Beide interfaces heb ik ook met andere programma's en pc's getest maar niets mee aan de hand.
BiaB weer verwijderd en opnieuw geinstalleerd. Niks, zelfde probleem. Harde schijf geschoond, toen de jaarprogramma's van BiaB geinstalleerd vanaf BiaB 2016. Dit ging prima t/m 2018. Bij nieuwe BiaB 2019 weer mis. Heldesk geeft al ruim een week geen reactie. De updates van BiaB 2019 ivm bugs gaven geen soelaas.
Nou, na dagen gedoe dan nog maar een poging via dit forum.
Iemand hetzelfde meegemaakt? Iemand een oplossing?

Probeer eens de laatste update te installeren: https://www.pgmusic.com/support_windowsupdates.htm#628 van 2 mei 2019 Bedenk dat er nu een 32bits en een 64bits versie van Band-in-a-Box 2019 geleverd worden. Dat heeft invloed op VST's. Stuur anders nog een email naar support@pgmusic.com. In het Engels gaat het snelste.
