I'm going around in circles wasting time watching videos only to discover that assume i'm using BIAB on Windows. There's a reason for that. According to the App Store, "You need to have the desktop version of Band-in-a-Box for Windows (2011 or higher) to be able to generate / edit songs directly from the iPhone/iPad. However, you can download and play existing songs from any Windows or Mac computer."Here's the support page: BIAB for iPhone Band-in-a-Box for iPhone (BB iPhone) is an app for iOS devices including iPods, iPhones, and iPads. There is also a "desktop" version of Band-in-a-Box (BB Desktop) that is available for Windows machines. A major function for the BB iPhone version is to function as a client to the BB desktop version. If you don't own a copy of the BB Desktop software, the usefulness of the BB iPhone version will be limited.
