When you select "File" > "Preferences ..." you should see a screen like the one below that lists file locations for all the different files used in the plugin. Verify the "Path for RealTracks" and "Path for RealDrums" match what your plugin is using, either the defaults shown in the top screen shot or the custom path you created.
Also, please verify you have the latest plugin (V1.14.2) by selecting the "About" button.
