Sometimes (especially with Windows updates), you have to re-run the command to associate files to BIAB. Also, make sure that you are running "BIAB" as administrator when you do this, as I believe associating file types requires administrative privileges. Running BIAB "as administrator" passes through the rights to Windows to effect the file association change. At least that's my understanding of it.
