Hola a todos. Soy nuevo en el foro.
Soy guitarrista (es un decir) aficionado y creo que BIAB es lo que debo utilizar, pero tengo algunas dudas:
¿Qué busco?
-una banda que me acompañe, con la que pueda practicar mis solos y con la que pueda realizar acompañamientos (incluso, en un futuro, con la que pueda cantar)
-un programa que me permita grabar mis "actuaciones" y tostarlas o guardarlas en mi pc
¿Que problema tengo?
-soy un analfabeto funcional en materia "músico-informática" y me pierdo cuando leo cosas en este foro o en internet. Debo ir aprendiendo y no se muy bien cómo
-esta ignorancia me impide decidir qué paquete del BIAB debo adquirir exactamente para cumplir mis objetivos (no se si las versiones más completas sólo lo son porque incluyen más estilos, pistas, canciones, etc, que de todos modos podría comprar más adelante; dicho de otro modo, no pasa nada si no tengo bases de bluegrass o country, pero sí me interesa el blues, jazz, pop-rock o bossa)
¿Me podéis echar una mano? No quisiera comprar algo que no necesito o quedarme corto.
De momento, estoy "enredando" con una versión 2006 que un colega se bajó con un p2p, que no estoy seguro siquiera si funciona bien...

Hola Fersanzoh, bienvenido al foro. Antes que nada extiendo mis disculpas como moderador ya que por motivos de fuerza mayor tuve que alejarme de toda actividad informática. Ahora estoy de vuelta y como siempre con el mayor entusiasmo por brindar a todos la ayuda y asistencia en sus dudas y preguntas. En breve, calculo que hacia el fin de semana, estaré contestando todas las preguntas incluyendo la tuya. Sin embargo te adelanto que en cuanto a Band in a Box, aún la la versión mas sencilla puede ser tremendamente útil en casi cualquiera de los campos que mencionaste. Estoy terminando en estos momentos una síntesis descriptiva en español de los diferentes paquetes de Band in a Box, ya que existen diferencias sustanciales donde los Real Tracks y las Real Drums (Pistas y Baterias Reales) juegan un papel definitivo. Prometido, pronto estaré atendiendo las dudas de todos.

me podrian decir como empiezo afuncionar con el program el mio es la version del 2007 y no tengo ni idea de como ponerlo a rular, y hay alguna forma de ponerlo en catellano? hay algun parche de castellano para la versio del 2007?
alguien que me guie para poder empezar?

una duda mas hay que configurar la tarjeta de sonido? por que el moverse se mueve pero no suena
y como se configura la tarjeta de sonido?

Andirus, tienes que entrar en el menu de configuracion de AUDIO de Band-in-a-Box y seleccionar el motor de audio de tu preferencia. Por ejemplo si tienes una tarjeta de sonido externa es muy probable que tengas que seleccionar la opción ASIO para poder contar con sus características de baja latencia o retraso. Si por el contrario estas utilizando el audio nativo de tu placa madre o una tarjeta de sonido genérica deberás seleccionar la opción MME que esta por defecto al instalar el programa. En este caso te sugiero que pruebes con el driver ASIO4ALL el cual ofrece la alternativa de las ventajas de ASIO a los sistemas OEM o MME. La direccion para descargarlo es http://www.asio4all.com/. porfa dame la ruta de accso a eso que me dices te en cuenta que no se anda de el programa y el mo va en ingles, no hay parche para castellano del 2007?

Para acceder al menu de audio tienes que entrar en PREFERENCIAS buscando el icono que dice PREF o simplemente pulsando la combinacion de teclas CTRL+E en tu teclado, ahi haces click en la pestaña AUDIO y encontraras la ventana de dialogo que te permitirá realizar las configuraciones mencionadas en mi respuesta.
Con respecto al parche 2007:
Hasta donde tengo conocimiento no existe un parche en Español para la version 2007 de Band-in-a-Box, por lo menos disponible en línea. El manejo esencial y básico de BIAB es practicamente el mismo desde versiones muy tempranas, sin embargo, y esto es muy importante, al menos que tengas algún inconveniente en hacerlo te sugiero actualizar tu programa ya que de la version 2007 hasta la actual 2010, incluyendo las intermedias 2008, 2009 han sido agregadas o mejoradas importantes funciones en el mismo, muchas de las cuales incluso tienen que ver con el manejo y compatibilidad de las interfaces de audio mas recientes y un mejor funcionamiento del motor de audio utilizando el audio nativo de las placas madres, igualmente un desempeño mas eficaz dentro de las mas recientes versiones de Windows. De esta manera nos ayudamos ambos a resolver tus dudas si estamos lo mas actualizados posibles. Si quieres hazme llegar por mensaje privado tus datos de compra y numero de cliente para ayudarte con nuestro departamento de ventas en los pasos correspondientes a la actualización de tu versión. Al actualizar tu programa podrás recibir los archivos actualizados al idioma. En todo caso voy a preparar un tutorial rápido y conciso acerca de los pasos iniciales para poner a funcionar Band in a Box desde cero. Igualmente pronto tendré noticias para todos acerca de Band in a Box 2010 en Español.

Me interesa mucho el programa, versión 2010, pero requiero saber si este me sirve para que el piano me detecte los arpegios, función de acompañamiento inteligente (Performance Assistant), quiero saber si el programa puede crear los midis para poderlos utilizar en el piano Yamaha PSRK1.

Hola a todos, soy nuevo en el foro. Y tengo la siguiente duda: Tengo el band in a box 2008 y quisiera saber si puedo ingresar las notas manualmente en la parte de melodia o solista, uso el modo editable de notacion y cuando intento hacerlo se agregan mas notas de las que yo quiero, o aparecen ligaduras o silencios, y he visto que las canciones que vienen en los real books tiene la melodia como la cancion original. Si alguien puede ayudarme os lo agradezco. Muchas gracias.

Hola, Band in a Box permite ingresar y editar notas en la pista de melodía y solista. Yo en lo personal utilizo un método combinado de editar notación. Primero introduzco la nota deseada y activo con click derecho llamo el diálogo "Editar nota" el cual ofrece varios parámetros para poder editar las notas con mucha precisión. El metodo combinado consiste en utilizar la edición por "Piano Roll" lo que visualmente me da una perspectiva gráfica muy útil. En versiones anteriores a la 2010 he notado que a veces el Band in a Box presenta alguna imprecisión cuando se está iniciando la introducción de notas y todavía no hay un compas completo, pero luego, al introducir el compas completo eso se solventa y la notación se desempeña sin problema. Es importante tambien que revises las opciones de notación y las configures a tu gusto, para que la notación se ajuste lo mejor posible a tu estilo.

Hola Daniel, bienvenido al foro. Gracias por tu interés en Band-in-a-Box (BiaB). Los RealTracks(RT) y RealDrums(RD) se pueden manipular dentro del programa de diferentes maneras. Por ejemplo, en una canción o pieza musical pueden ser seleccionados a tu gusto los diferentes RealTRacks y RealDrums que tengas instalados, con ellos puedes crear estilos personalizado que luego podrás aplicar y usar en cualquiera de tus creaciones musicales en BiaB. Igualmente los RT/RD, al ser audio y no MIDI, pueden ser editados como audio luego de ser exportados a RealBand o tu secuenciador favorito. Usando la ventana de configuración de compás pueden programarse todo tipo de variaciones y cambios de los RT y RD, como por ejemplo, cambios de instrumentos consecutivos en una misma canción. Las posibilidades creativas son inmensas! podemos afirmar con certeza que la versatilidad de BiaB con los RT y RD al unirse con el ingenio del usuario formará un gran equipo de producción musical.
