You can't open a Realband .SEQ file in BIAB, but you can save the .SEQ file as a BIAB .SGU or .MGU file. If you export your audio track(s) as a single .WAV file with the same base name as the BIAB file, you should be able to open it in BIAB with the .WAV file audio in the audio track in BIAB.
