It's a very hard thing to get to happen correctly.
You should be able to do it with pushes ( ^^ for a 16th and ^ for an 8th), but they seldom sound the way you want them to (my experience anyway).

If you are exporting the tracks to a DAW, you can record a separate track (like an acoustic guitar) with the timing as it should be and then nudge the chords from BIAB (that you have exported to your DAW) to match your timing...
