Yes I think the same as pushes use the holds and you are limited to the chords in them. Here's the Holds_136 for the B3 it has 5 keys and 11 chords: EDIT: and the bass you are using uses Hold_195 that has 2 octaves of notes. Don't know what the NA is in your tracks see if they are available.
