Poldav, You stated snip ... although at least two RT were missing, the reported number of RT's has not changed (2711), so I'm now wondering if there are others I now need to download Each RealTrack is composed of a group of files so I don't know of a way for a user to determine if every file is downloaded other than trying to load each RealTrack into a song file and see what happens.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track.
