This is true, but then it would be even more difficult to visually split the chord sheet into it's component parts of verse, chorus, bridge, instrumental. If you want to make a chord change in verse 2, you have to count off bar numbers. So now it's either too many lines or not enough lines.

If BIAB had different part markers OTHER than a,b,c,d substyles, OR were able to do insert "line-breaks" to divide verses and choruses one from the other, it would be easier to locate the spots where you wanted to insert changes.

Right now it's either feast or famine when it comes to part markers - I'd like to see some middle ground. I like the idea of one big chorus - it's easier to see everything - strategically placed line breaks would visually simplify a working chord sheet.

After discussions in the spring I thought that's what would happen with the next version. But apparently not.
