Hi, I just bought the Xtra Styles PAK 7 pack, but many styles are incomplete [RT / NA]
What's the problem?

Well each Xtra Styles does not have any sounds themselves. The XtraStyles use the existing RealTrack Audio files which you purchased as part of the previous purchases. If you did not purchase the RT Audio files than the XtraStyles will show an (NA...).
This has been an issue and a surprise for folks in the past. At that time PGM had to tell us exactly what RT packages we had to have to allow the XtraStyles to work.
I don't know which ones are "needed" in the new XtraStyle Pak 7. I have always tried to have every RT available to avoid this issue. So I have the UltraPak which claims to include ALL RTs. Except for the bonus Realtracks which come along at time, but then these may be added in an updated version... I am afraid it all gets complicated. Best to buy everything and let God sort it out come judgement day.

Best to buy everything and let God sort it out come judgement day. Ha! This is my strategy with PGM too!  - Buy ultrapakadoodlethingie - never miss an upgrade - buy any additional RTs (sometimes twice as like you said they often magically appear in subsequent releases) - complain about the UI and broken features in the forum - rinse and repeat

Alain, what version of Band In A Box do you have?
I understand that you require 2019 Build 632 for the Xtra Pak 7 to recognize the styles.

As I understand it, earlier builds can actually load the styles by name if you know it, but they won't show in the styles list until you upgrade to build 632.

I'm loving the new styles in Xtra Set 7. In the Stylepicker, only 163 of the 164 styles are showing up.
The missing style is: _pasngr.sty
I can load it from disc, and also its Demo song; but it needs to be added in the stylepicker.
Its a great style.
This slow country folk ballad has a distinct push into beat three that is followed by all of the instruments except for the featured 12-key pedal steel. Acoustic piano offers country folk ballad comping with the accents mentioned above while a bright strumming acoustic guitar follows suit. Acoustic bass plays with emphasis on the downbeat and the push into beat three as well. NashvilleBrushesBalladPushEv16 RealDrums play in their only variation, which includes sidestick/brushes in the A section and stick/brushes in the B section. This song is in the key of E and uses pop, slash, and sus chords that occur every 2 to 8 beats.

same thing happens here with _pasngr.style. It loads from disk but does not appear in the stylepicker.

I had the same problem after installing Pack 7. I did a quick reload after installing it and the style was missing in the style picker even though it was on the SSD. I just now did a slow rebuild and it now shows up in the style picker.
However, there is no demo either on my SSD or on PG's website.

I took a look and the style listed on PG's website is _PASNGER.STY while on the Hard Drive it is named _PASNGR.STY There is no demo either on my SSD or on PG's website from within BIAB because the demo button in BIAB for that incorrectly named style, _PASNGR.STY, is expecting to find wither a WMA or M4A file named _PASNGR but the demo on my SSD is named _PASNGER.WMA And: https://demos.pgmusic.com/audio/allstyledemos2/_PASNGER.m4aMy quick temp fix is to make of copy of _PASNGER.WMA and just rename the copy to _PASNGR.WMA to match the existing style name and the demo works fine. Still won't work on PG's website due to the mis-naming error. PG needs to fix this in the next update.
