May I recommend you take two actions:
1) edit your original post topic to add "-SOLVED" on the end
2) post your finding in a new post in the Off-Topic Forum. That's where we typically discuss music software other than PG Music products.
I suggest that you also post it in the tips and tricks forum. PS - without notation I am lost with tabs! We never had them when I started playing guitar. Having both tabs and notes is the only way to go for myself. YMMV.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
