I don’t know the answer to your question.
But the only way to really control of your drum tracks is to use midi drums, that way you can use what you want, where you want with a bit of editing. Then you must freeze the track to stop the style undoing your edits when you load the song and style.
By default BIAB substitutes midi drums for real drums if available for the style but you can change this to not do so in preferences Realdrums.

I created a RealDrum file of Hand Claps, which works, but then realized that creating Loops is an easier (better) way to do it. You can download those Hand Clap Loops from my website: http://www.floydjane.com/Songs/ChoirClapsLoop.htmClicking the zip file will give you a chance to download them. There are instructions on the page for where to save them in the BB folders and how to use them. An easy process (if you read and follow the simple directions). There are a couple of other files at the bottom. The Calypso claps are very useful. The flamenco claps were a "special request" from a BIAB user - and I doubt would be useful to many people...
