Hi Troy,
I am not a dedicated fan of song writing challenges because they very often lead to songs the world hasn't been waiting for.
But this one is really great: A very nice flow, I do like how it transports the affection for your wife. I especially enjoyed the chorus a lot.The backing track is good and I like the way you sing.
If I may make a modest remark on the mix: Without the written lyrics I would have missed a lot of them (esp. of the verses). OK, I'm not a native English speaker, so there's a big chance for that anyway, but I think that bringing the vox a bit more to the front wouldn't be a bad idea. But this is my very personal impression, so don't take it as a negative point-
It's a great song and I enjoyed the listen a lot.
