Yes indeed can see your pic fine if I download it.
But if you intention was to have it display in the post. You will have to resize it is currently 2448 X 3164 I have found that 800 width it a good size, also the file size must be less than 2M

Irfanview has a selection for resizing of 1024 X 768 which fits the forum or it also has a box where you can manually type in whatever number of pixels you want. If I'm posting a pic with text in it like the Biab config window I want it as big as possible so it can be read on a monitor.
Irfanview is a free picture editor just Google it if you need one.
IrfanView is great, get the plugin pack for it also.
If they don't show just right clicked on your attachment 20190117_142913.jpg Copy Link location then click the "Enter an image" button and paste the link. If you hit R key it will rotate it in IrfanView and save as png will be smaller file size but still good quality. But it has rotated as it's just way too big.
