Additive Drums 2 is an excellent drum program. You can set it up for GM drums so a BiaB MIDI drum track will work with it with no problems. In Sonar I would separate BiaB's drum track by note; I solo each separated track so I can name them, i.e. high tom. snare, etc. This way you can put effects on each individual track. For instance reverb and delay on the snare but only compression on the kick.
