BB4 will generate tracks for the BB Plugin to the local SavedTracks folder.
In the BB Plugin's File > Preferences you can set it to clear renders, and you can also set the SavedTracks folder location.
Just so long as when you are actually using the BB Plugin you remember to save those tracks generated that you need to another folder other than SavedTracks.
