The file in question is presumably 16 bit, 44.1k wav. The properties say that bit rate is 1536k bps The properties is likely reporting the sample rate. That doesn't sound correct. Any chance you can upload the audio file to Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, OneDrive or some other cloud location and then give us a link so we can download it and take a look?
